"30 Rock" star Jane Krakowski, who was savaged by the fashion police for her unfortunate choice of gown for the SAG Awards on Sunday night, is back in fashion, wearing jeans and a classic black top as she exits Hollywood's Katsuya restaurant last night. After having her red carpet attire - a drab olive gown with colorfully beaded top  - likened to a child's art project, it's good to see that she's learned her lesson!

Naomi Gets Out

Aussie actress Naomi Watts did a little home accessory shopping yesterday, visiting Yayla Tribal Rug store in Santa Monica. The 39-year-old "King Kong" star kept her head down and looked somber, still mourning the loss of Heath Ledger, whom she dated for nearly 2 years. She was among the family and friends who attended a private memorial service for the late actor in Los Angeles on Saturday night. We certainly hope she finds herself in good spirits again real soon.

A casually-attired Jennifer Love Hewitt grabs a "to-go" order from Mo's Restaurant in her Toluca Lake neighborhood. The "Ghost Whisperer" star was driven to the restaurant by her mother, Patricia. Jennifer, who probably will never be seen in a bikini ever again, chose a striped sweater and jeans for her lunch run. The actress should hold her head up high however, she just made the list of Playboy.com's sexiest female celebs. Can J-Love successfully bring curvy babes back in vogue?

Eva Longoria is still on the road, promoting her big screen debut, "Over Her Dead Body." Eva was in New York City this morning to make an appearance on ABC's "Good Morning America." Her ensemble pretty much guarantees she won't be on PETA's Christmas card list this year. The actress glammed it up in a fur coat and an alligator bag - and I'm sure those boots are made of leather! Do they still throw red paint on people in NYC? I'd watch my back if I were you, Eva!

Paris - What a Character!

In a publicity stunt for the upcoming comedy "The Hottie and the Nottie", co-stars Paris Hilton and Christine Lakin made the scene at LA's trendy Katsuya sushi restaurant in West Hollywood last night. The pair were dressed as their characters in the film - so, basically, Paris was just dressed as herself, while poor Christine had to don the latex mole, unibrow and unflattering wardrobe. The duo then headed to the S Bar on Hollywood Boulevard where Paris instantly gained entrance. Christine wasn't so lucky, but fortunately, Paris came to the rescue! Umm...yeah...is anyone looking forward to this movie?

After a crazy date Monday night in LA, Dallas' "public enemy number 1," Jessica Simpson, arrived in New York yesterday and was spotted dining at the Big Apple's celebrity magnet, the Waverly Inn. Accompanying the singer were her mother Tina and her BFF, stylist to the stars Ken Paves. It looks like Ken should spend a little less time being her buddy and more time on the stylist thing. Come on, Ken, friends don't let friends walk around with such visible roots!

"High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale makes a visit to a Los Angeles-area nail salon for an afternoon of pampering before heading to New Zealand to begin work on the alien invasion adventure "They Came from Upstairs." The singing starlet, dressed in a light blue track suit, had her legs waxed, as well as having a manicure and pedicure. I do hope that Ashley knows that they have nail salons in New Zealand - and Starbucks too!

Carmen Electra looked dazzling in black as she arrives at MTV's Manhattan studios for an appearance on "TRL." The former Playmate, who has become a fixture in spoof flicks like "Epic Movie" and "Scary Movie", went on the show to promote her latest comedy, "Meet the Spartans." In addition to her films, the 35-year-old Carmen has recently released two brand new DVDs from the "Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease" series: "In the Bedroom" and "Vegas Strip." I think most would agree that her work in the latter projects is much better!

Britney Back in the Hospital

For the second time this month, troubled singer Britney Spears is in the hospital for psychiatric evaluation. Last night, the singer's home was once again descended upon by police, paramedics and photographers. Brit's psychiatrist felt the singer's recent erratic behavior and reckless driving indicated that she was a danger to herself and others and had her taken to UCLA Medical Center. Britney, who has been diagnosed with a bipolar disorder, was reportedly calm as she was taken away in an ambulance.

This morning, Britney was put on a 72-hour psychiatric hold at the hospital, which most likely will be extended to a 14-day hold, since Britney can currently refuse medication. The singer's mother Lynne (pictured above) and father Jamie are currently involved in a battle over medical decisions involving the singer with her "friend" Sam Lutfi. Check back for the latest on this ongoing saga!

Even a huge down coat can't hide "Grey's Anatomy" star Sara Ramirez, who was bundled up while shopping in New York's Meatpacking District. The Tony award-winning actress is in the Big Apple for the Heart Truth’s Red Dress Collection fashion show which takes place during New York's Fashion Week. Sara will be walking the runway in a red dress designed by Angel Sanchez, who designed the magenta gown the actress wore at Sunday night's SAG Awards. You know Sara can work the runway!

MTV reality star Kristin Cavallari made the scene last night in Hollywood. The former "Laguna Beach" star was caught leaving the trendy S-Bar and strolling down Hollywood boulevard to her next stop, the Cinaspace Club. Kristin was in black from head to toe, from her black leather jacket to her $640 (!) Yves Saint Laurent Tribute pumps. I do have a question about this ensemble - why wear super-expensive shoes if you're going to wear them with cheap, snaggable tights?

"American Beauty" Mena Suvari, fresh from debuting "The Mysteries of Pittsburgh" at the Sundance Film Fest, and her party promoter boyfriend Simone Sestito were spotted maxing and relaxing on a quiet Tuesday morning in LA. The lovey-dovey couple first shared breakfast on the sidewalk at Doughboys and then good girlfriend Mena sat patiently in a local barbershop while Simone got a quick trim. Mena's next big screen adventure is the zombie flick "Day of the Dead" which invades theaters in April.

Eva Longoria-Parker is in the pink - wearing a cute dress with a flower corsage, as she arrives at the after party following the LA premiere of her new movie "Over Her Dead Body." The party was held at Beso, the Mexican restaurant which Eva owns with celebrity chef Todd English. The party was also attended by Eva's co-stars in the comic ghost story - Lake Bell, Jason Biggs and Lindsay Sloane - as well as stylist to the stars Ken Paves and "Chuck" star Sarah Lancaster. Eva signed autographs and blew "besos" (kisses) to her fans as well.

Seal, Solo

Grammy award-winning singer Seal, without his supermodel wife Heidi Klum, walked the red carpet the 4th Annual Musicians On Call Benefit Concert at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York City. The handsome British singer performed at the benefit concert and auction which raised funds for the nonprofit organization formed in 1999, which brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in health care facilities. If I end up in the hospital again, I would love to hear Seal crooning at my bedside, it would almost make up for the awful food!

Katherine Heigl, celebrating hubby Josh Kelley's 28th birthday at Hollywood's go-to place for sushi, Katsuya, couldn't help but pop outside to have a cigarette. Or rather, quite a few. The nicotine-fueled actress, dressed for the occasion in a shiny tank dress and dark tights, was joking with friends as she puffed away. If the actress wants to get in on the celebrity baby craze, which she has made no secret that she does, she's going to have to give up the old cancer sticks!

Pamela Anderson was spotted leaving a CVS Pharmacy near her Malibu home after picking up a few odds and ends. The actress was dressed casually in a dark gray top, gray tight leggings and gray Uggs. Pam is off to Phoenix, to take part in the Super Bowl festivities. She's taking part in the second annual "Celebrity Beach Bowl" - a flag football match which airs on DIRECT TV on Thursday. The "Baywatch" babe will be pitted against athletes and celebs including Doug Flutie, David Spade and Stacy Keibler. Don't forget to wear chest protection, Pam!

Here's a little something to brighten your "hump day" - Hollywood's cutest celebrity baby, Violet Affleck! Mom Jennifer Garner took her daughter to the Brentwood Country Mart in California yesterday. Mama Jen and Papa Ben have been house hunting on the west coast, which is good, because the fair-haired Violet really is a "California girl" at heart. Her adorable track suit, visible under her down vest, makes us green with envy! Try not to smile when you check out these pictures!
