An extremely bundled-up Julia Roberts faced a
chilly New York morning to get some fresh air. The Oscar-winning
actress was passed over by the Academy for her work in "Charlie
Wilson's War," which may be the reason why she wasn't on the red carpet
last Sunday. It could also be the reason for her grouchy face.
