America Ferrera and Ashley Jensen film a scene for
the hit television show 'Ugly Betty' in LA - doubling for New York - yesterday.
The hit series, which returns with new episodes next Thursday, is gearing up for May sweeps with some special guest stars, including 'Project Runway's' latest winner, Christian Siriano and the recently 'auf'ed' Elle editor and 'Runway' judge Nina Garcia.
Is Christian going to give America's character a fierce makeover? Rumor has it he's set to tangle with Rebecca Romijn's transgender character, Alexis.
There may, however be a little romance for Betty. Freddy Rodriguez, who plays Gio the sandwich man, recently told USA TODAY that he's not sure if Gio and Betty will become a couple, but said, 'I only know that I will be back for four or five more episodes. We will see how that goes.'
