Chilean heartthrob Cristian de la Fuente kicked back and relaxed
outside his trailer outside the 'Dancing with the Stars' studios during yesterday's elimination show.
The actor, paired with Cheryl Burke, sure didn't look like he thought he was going to be sent home as he puffed on a cigar, surfed the internet on his red Mac laptop and soaked up some rays. Of course, he was safe, actress Marlee Matlin danced off into the sunset on last night's episode.
With all of the Latin dances performed on 'DWTS', you would think Cristian would have a leg up on the competition, but he claims that's not the case.
Cristian said 'People think that Latinos are all the same, that all Latinos are good dancers. [Chileans] don't have a very sophisticated dance, national dance. It's not like salsa, meringue or samba or something, like sophisticated in that way. My theory is that the warmer it is in the country, the better the dancers are. That weather [in Chile] helps to have perfect wine, but not perfect dancers.'
I'd love to have a bottle of Chilean wine and step out on the dance floor with Cristian, wouldn't you?
