Actress Anne Hathaway and her fiance Raffaelo
Follieri have reportedly signed a contract to lease a SoHo loft at more
than $30,000 per month. According to NY real estate writer, S. Jhoanna
Robledo at NY Magazine, Miss Hathaway and her beau,with body guard in
tow, recently viewed the 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath loft on Broadway which is
now in contract. The 4,120 square foot space has a private elevator
which opens to a sensational entertaining area with an enormous open
kitchen and huge East facing windows that flood the loft with light.
Unlike most lofts on Broadway, protected North facing side windows
allow up to four windowed bedrooms although it is currently set up as a
grand Master Suite, with a glamorous spa-style bathroom and two and one
half additional bedrooms and bathrooms.
