Looking they had a less-than-fun time, Joel Madden and Nicole Richie exited a screening party at Stella McCartney's store in Beverly Hills last night. With the expression on their faces, I wonder if they were screening 'The Hottie and the Nottie.'
Nicole's had to bail on parties recently, like Monday night's Cinco de Mayo celebrations to take care of her daughter Harlow, and according to Star magazine, the 26-year-old is starting to miss her partying days.
The magazine quoted a source close to the 'Simple LIfe' star, who said that Nicole 'really misses her carefree life. Before Harlow came along, Nicole never had to worry about anything. All she did was party with her friends and go shopping. Now she's totally overwhelmed by her new responsibility, even though she adores her daughter. Nicole still can't figure out if she's happier when she's home with the baby or hitting the town with her friends!'
Well, you're out now, Nicole, so turn that frown upside down. I can't imagine why else you'd be down. Oh, wait, I can. Apparently Joel has publicly said that as far as the question of marriage, the answer is 'not anytime soon.'
