Anne Hathaway Got Smart, Single

Last night Anne Hathaway dragged herself away from the kleenex box, the pint of ice cream, and the Rabbit long enough to make her first public appearance since dumping loser boyfriend Raffaello Follierei.

I call Raffaello a 'loser' simply because that's what the other bloggers are saying and because I know nothing else about him.  Except that he's probably really good in bed.  And would probably know hot to kiss my neck in that particularly Latin way that results in tingles all the way to my toes.  (I exaggerate not, ladies.  If you haven't tried the Latin thing yet, you better hop to it.  Even if it has to be at your Bachelorette party. Do what you have to do.)

Actually, I did read up a little and discovered some pretty legit reasons to believe that Raffaello sucks.  Like the fact that he was probably using his charity organization to swindle money out of people.  The Daily Mail reports:

• 'An insider tells the Mail Online that Hathaway made the painful decision to end their relationship because of the effects his controversial business dealings could have on her career.'

• 'A source said: "It's heartbreaking for her to dump him, and she's devastated that it's come to this, but she really didn't have a choice. His scandals were hurting her reputation." '
  

Raffaello's other delightful offenses include bouncing checks, flirting with other women (especially models), and being completely self-absorbed. 

Oh, Raffaello!  If only you could translate your passion for lovemaking into love.
